Manage Classes/Groups

Add or Edit a Class/Group

  1. Login to the Teacher Portal.

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select a School (for Account Owners only).

  4. Select Class/Groups.

  5. Select Add Class/Group or View to Edit.

  6. Add as many Classes/Groups as you like.

Class/Group names will not be seen by students. Students can be assigned to only one Class/Group at a time. You must assign at least one teacher to a Class/Group and you can assign a teacher to more than one Class/Group.

Download a Class/Group Report

  1. Login to the Teacher Portal.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select a School (for Account Owners only).

  4. Select Classes/Group.

  5. Select the name of the Class/Group that you want the download the report.

  6. Select the yellow Report (PDF) button under Class/Group Details.‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Once you have downloaded the Class/Group report you can print it out, cut along the dotted lines to give each student their login details to take home. This will make it easy for parents to help their child to login at home.
