Manage Children

Add or Edit Children

  1. Login to the Teacher Portal.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select a School (for Account Owners only).

  4. Select Children

  5. Edit or add as many children as your plan allows.

  6. Select Save All when you have finished.

We recommend that you do not use full names for children (for privacy reasons) and use names or usernames that children are familiar with or will easily remember.

Make sure you assign each child a Class/Group or else they won't be able to login. Simple 4 digit passwords are automatically created to make it easy for children to login but you can also save a different alpha numeric password.

Change Game Level of a Child

  1. Login to the Teacher Portal.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Select a School (for Account Owners only).

  4. Select Children.

  5. Select the child you want to change.

  6. Under the heading Level, enter a number from 1-66.

Add Child Profile Images

  1. Login to the Teacher Portal.

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select a School (for Account Owners only).

  4. Select Profile images.

  5. Select Add Profile Image then select Browse to upload a picture.

Only upload actual photos of children if you have permission from their parents.

You can upload as many profile images as you like to assign to your children. Acceptable formats: jpg, gif, png. Recommended size: 100px x 100px.

Change Profile Image of a Child

  1. Login to the Teacher Portal.

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Select a School (for Account Owners only).

  4. Select Children.

  5. Click on the Profile Image of the child you want to change, then select a new Profile Image.

  6. Select Save All to save your changes.

You may need to add Child Profile Images before you can change Profile Images.
